PROPERTY OF INTELIVISTO
This Website has been hosted by or on behalf of Intelivisto and you agree that you will be allowed to access and use the Website only if you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below and the privacy policy of Intelivisto.

In case the payment is made through credit card/ debit card, you shall be liable to make the payments of all additional charges as and when applicable.

Intelivisto uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by our ad management department. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Any money back guarantee on our products are applicable only if the user/candidate has given all the tests in our product and cleared tests with more than 75% in each test in first attempt and the candidate/user is unable to clear the relevant certification exam for which the product has been designed. User has to mail us the result copy of the relevant exam to claim the money back 15 days from the date of the exam.
USER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Intelivisto users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
SEVERABILITY
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement in any jurisdiction shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You acknowledge having read the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and further agree that it is binding between you and Intelivisto, superseding all prior understandings and agreements, oral and/ or written entered into between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy outlined in this Website shall form part of this Agreement.
LANGUAGE
It is the express wish of the parties that the Terms of Use and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
SETTLEMENT BY ARBITRATION
Any claim or controversy that arises out of or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, the same shall be referred to a person nominated by Intelivisto whose decision shall be final and binding upon the parties hereto. Such references shall be deemed to a submission to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
