CISI IOC - Investment Operations Certificate
The Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) is a regulatory benchmark examination conducted by Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (C.I.S.I) U.K , required by certain
individuals (those in overseeing roles as defined by the FCA) in operations functions to gain Approved Person status.
Widely acknowledged as the most appropriate qualification for the staff working in administration and operations areas
in financial services industry, and is taken by over 10,000 candidates a year.
